Disclaimers

  • Completion of Algebra II is usually a prerequisite for enrolling in Physics. Varsity Physics focuses on algebra-based physics, but we do not specifically teach algebra by itself.

  • Each student gets our best effort, always, but we cannot control a student's engagement level. Students who choose to not participate in their own learning experience, and elect not to complete required work, will not improve, regardless of how many hours they spend in sessions with Varsity Physics, or anyone else. The student must do the work. Nobody else can do it for them.

  • Varsity Physics reserves the right to end any session at any time. This can happen in the case of an emergency for either the client or the tutor, or it can happen when the student is demonstrating disruptive behavior. Disruptive behavior includes, but is not limited to outbursts, not participating in tutoring exercises, inappropriate or disrespectful language and/or actions, and feigning technical or connection issues to avoid accountability.

  • Varsity Physics will not refund any payments if a session ends early due to negative reasons such as those listed above.

  • Varsity Physics cannot be held liable for any behavioral choices a student makes at school and/or with school personnel and other students.

  • Finally, though we believe in our systems wholeheartedly based on real experience, and we've seen decades of success with our students, we cannot 100% guarantee that every single client will consistently ace their assessments. There are many variables that we cannot control such as, but not limited to, school schedules, athletic schedules, family schedules, teacher quirks, social interactions and pressures, environmental factors, mental health concerns, student effort, and student behavior.
